1996 Foundation. ATP was founded in 1996 in order to fill a market niche in the automatic feeding of HFFS packaging machines by means of smart belts in the food and cosmetic sectors.

2001 First robotic line. This technology evolved into robotic feeding, and ATP developed the first scara robot (Nexus I), and the first 12 robot line with was installed, using artificial vision to guide the robots.

2002 Delta robot. The delta robot, developed years earlier by Reymond Clavel and marketed by ABB under the FlexPicker brand, was successfully implemented by ATP in a two robot packaging line.

2003 Flow wrappers. ATP becomes the distributor of Ilapak packaging machines in Spain, collaboration that shall last until 2017.

2005 Case erectors. ATP becomes the distributor of the case and tray erectors from Lantech in Spain, collaboration is still in force.

2008 First lid applicator. The introduction of lids on packs of wet wipes in the market by some Spanish manufacturers, ATP installs the first line using a delta robot at a speed of 70 packs per minute.

2009 Growth and first exports. The first 10 robot line using FlexPickers in the  World is installed by ATP in Spain, and the first robotic line with 7 robots is sold abroad.

2011 New building and first office abroad. ATP move to the actual showcase building and opens a sales office in Poland. Increasing the assembly area two fold.

2013 Unscrambler development. ATP develops, manufactures and installs the first truly efficient lid unscrambler. Lid applicators and bulk feeders are sold in 5 countries.

2014 Largest robotic line. ATP installs the largest line to date in the confectionary industry for 1500 products per minute, using innovative technologies that allow format change without tooling changeover.

2015 New platform. The largest line in ATP history is installed all using the new platform. ATP develops a new robot specifically for lid applicators and a complete new control system.

2016 New vision software. A new software for the vision is developed and implemented in all the new lines, which allows for a total control of many parameters that were not possible in the past.

2017 Index. ATP lid applicators are exhibited for the first time at the Index exhibition in Genève, attracting a lot of attention. First sales office is opened in Mexico. Fabrication, assembly and office area are increased by 50%. First lid applicators sold in Africa and South America.

2018 Growth. ATP exports to more than twelve countries and fabrication, assembly and office areas are increased twofold to accommodate the number of orders.

2019 Jabil collaboration. ATP & Jabil Inc. join forces to develop a complete system to dramatically increase the ROI of our wet wipes clients.
